Dejai prides itself on the competitive pricing of its products and services. Our price policy is revised and updated frequently to ensure customers pay competitive, current market prices for all products.

Dejai is heavily focused on the Compaq and HP range of products. All product is checked by Compaq and HP and is boxed with all necessary accessories. All product has Worldwide Warranty. After the purchase of a unit, Dejai provides service and support for any technical or repair related issues in conjunction with Compaq Australia.

Prices and charges will be specified in the Price List or Quotation. Prices and charges exclude, and Customer is liable for a 10% Goods and Service Tax, other taxes and duties (including new or variations to the same). Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days. Prices are subject to vary based on changes in the foreign exchange rate as stated in the Quotation.

Our terms are one-third on receipt of order, one third on delivery of the solution and the balance within 28 days - firm. This proposal is valid for 7 days is subject to stock availability excluding errors and omissions. For finance, we simply require an order detailing the finance company plus contact details, goods will be installed after finance settlement and payment.

In no event will Dejai, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any web sites linked to this site, or the materials or information or services contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

If your use of materials, information or services from this site result in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof. Dejai shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dejai shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
