OVERVIEW
The Compaq MP1600 Microportable
Projector is a powerful projector that comes in a small
form factor. Designed for mobile professionals, such
as middle and upper managers, sales executives, and
training specialists, the Compaq MP1600 makes travel
easy, as it only weighs 1.9 kg and can fit into most
carrying cases with a portable PC. The projector allows
the presenter to show electronic slide shows or software
demonstrations from a desktop or portable PC to small
or medium sized audiences with confidence and elegance.

FUNCTIONALITY
& USES
The Compaq MP1600 Microportable
Projector is an attractive tower form factor.
Unlike most projectors whose lens sits close to
the table surface, a higher lens minimizes the
distorted image that accompanies projecting at
awkward angles.
The
projector provides a stability foot to stop the
unit from tipping over, as well as a complimentary
carrying case. Unlike many projectors, the MP1600
instantly scales presentation images to fill the
screen at XGA resolution.
The
MP1600 eliminates the black borders or partial
images when the projectors display settings do
not match up with the display settings on the
host PC.

QUALITY
& COMPATIBILITY
The Compaq MP1600 Microportable
Projector is a plug and play device, which means it
is compatible with virtually every desktop, portable
or handheld PC. The projector automatically adjusts
the necessary settings to display an image. The projector
uses Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology from
Texas Instruments, which provides a high resolution
(XGA) that produces data, graphics and video that are
always crisp and in focus, and 16.7 million digitally
correct colors that are true to their original source.
SERVICE
& SUPPORT
The Compaq MP1600 Microportable
Projector carries a Two-year, worldwide limited warranty.
The bulb has a 90-day or 1000 hour (whichever comes
first) standard bulb warranty, within this bulb warranty
period. Optional video adapter carries same warranty
as projector.
