Setting up your Dejai mail account
Microsoft Outlook Express 6

 
         
   
  Step 1
 
Double-click on the 'Outlook Express' icon

Note:
it may be on your desktop or under the start menu
 
         
 
  Step 2
 
Click on 'Tools' then 'Accounts'

 

 
         
 
  Step 3
 
Click on 'Add' then 'Mail...'

 

 
         
 
  Step 4
 
Type your name in the 'Display name' field.

Note: The name you enter here will be displayed on your outgoing emails.

Click on 'Next'.

 

 
         
 
  Step 5
 
Make sure that there is a dot in 'I already have an e-mail address that i'd like to use.'

Type your Dejai email address in the 'E-mail address' field.

Click on 'Next'.

 

 
         
 
  Step 6
 
Make sure 'My incoming mail server' is set to a 'POP3' server.

Now you need to type in the names of the Dejai mail servers:

Type in 'mail.dejai.net' for the Incoming mail (POP3) server.

Type in 'mail.dejai.net' for the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.

Note: The mail servers must be typed in lowercase or they may not work.

Click on 'Next'.

 

 
         
 
  Step 7
 
Type in your 'Account Name' (Username) and 'Password'.

Click on 'Next'.

 

 
         
 
  Step 8
 


Click on 'Finish' and then 'Close'.

Congratulations. Your computer is now setup to use your Dejai E-mail account with Microsoft Outlook Express 6.
